All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective at the time of pickup.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@lemonade.run within 15 days of pickup and provide details regarding the condition of the product.

Once an order has been picked up, Lemonade Run is not responsible for improper handling, storage, transportation, or consumption of the product. Customers assume full responsibility for the product after pickup.

Our lemonade is made fresh and should be properly refrigerated and consumed within the recommended timeframe.
