REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Lemonade Run does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective at the time of delivery.

If you believe you received a defective product, you must contact us at info@lemonade.run within 15 days of delivery. Please include:


  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a product qualifies as defective. If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund.

Pickup & Post-Transfer Responsibility

For orders picked up at a designated pickup location, pop-up event, or third-party site:

Once your beverages have been picked up or transferred to you, Lemonade Run assumes no responsibility or liability for:


  • Improper storage

  • Temperature exposure

  • Spoilage

  • Contamination

  • Misuse

  • Alteration of the product

  • Redistribution or resale

  • Any effects resulting from consumption

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for handling, storing, transporting, and consuming the beverages after pickup.

Lemonade Run is not liable for any damages, losses, health-related issues, allergic reactions, or claims arising after the product has been picked up or delivered.
